never heard of Lancer, but looks like your average chinese gun. If you don't have to have it now I would look for more reviews of both this gun and any Lancer gums you can find to get a rough guess of what the companies products are like.

I was wondering the same thing about the new S&T tar21. Do you think the plastic parts are worth the cost? Also, what do you think would be the price of some basic upgrades? Do you think that 400fps could do those for me? I'm not comfortable doing upgrades myself.

i have played with the Fal tactical and it is a very nice AEG. they are clones of the classic army ones with some upgrades. I give them an 8 out of 10.

i heard S&T was worse than ares and ares was really bad if it has the same internal design its almost impossible to upgrade unless someone really knows what they are doing

Don't know much about S&T as a company, but Bailey's PPSH is made by S&T - hope it holds up.
